Low-cost Loans

New Jersey — The New Jersey Water Bank (formerly New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program) provides low-cost financing for projects such as flood resiliency, sewer system rehabilitation, urban parks incorporating green infrastructure practices, bioswales, rain gardens and green roofs.

Eligible applicants include municipalities and counties and their utility authorities as well as private entities through public conduits.

The New Jersey Water Bank financed part of the construction of Hoboken’s Southwest Resiliency Park.
